All year long the price is $900.00 plus taxes and credit card fees every 28 days totaling $1045.19.  No other discounts can be applied as this price is already discounted.  This price includes all utilities but propane.  We are open all year long.  We have a $250.00 deposit and a list of rules for our campground.  Email for more information at buddybear@patriotcommunities.com
